CANTALOUPE
Cantaloupe have significant amounts of Vitamins A and C, are a good source of potassium, and contain small amounts of many other minerals. Studies show that cantaloupes are rich in beta-carotene. Cantaloupes are good for urination, helping releasing heat through sweat, thirst quenching and nourishing of heart. The fruit has little fat and it is used for controlling blood pressure.
