COCONUT

The coconut palm is grown throughout the tropical world. Nearly all parts of the coconut palm are useful, and the palms have a comparatively high yield, up to 75 fruits per year; it therefore has significant economic value. In Thailand, coconuts are widely planted in the Southern, Eastern, and Western pats. Coconuts are ripen throughout a year and their quality is known for improving strength and support human bone to prevent a risk from osteoporosis.
