SPRING ONION
The spring onion has a slightly more rounded and defined bulb and is typically larger than the slender. The flavor has more bite and is somewhat hotter. Spring onion provides calcium and phosphorus in a proportion that supports the absorbing of human body. Beta-carotene and flavonoid in spring onion can reduce risk of cancers. Like found in red wine, spring onion helps reduce cholesterol in blood and prevent blood clotting from human body.
